Faith Statement

  • 1 We believe in the Trinity of God: God the Father, God the Son Jesus Christ, and God the Holy Spirit, God of Three but One. God of Three, different in each individual, but the Three becomes One in the Father; everything is in the Father. The God of Three is One from the beginning. The Lord Jesus Christ was begotten when He took flesh upon Himself, but He is One with the Father from the beginning.
    (Matthew 3:16-17; Matthew 19:17; Luke 3:21-23; Matthew 28:19; John 3:16;John 1:1-3; Genesis 1:26-28).
  • 2 We believe the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was born of the Virgin Mary. (Luke 1:30- 35; Matthew 1:25).
  • 3 We believe the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, is one hundred percent God and one hundred percent man. (Colossians 2:9;John 1:1-5; John 10:28-30; Matthew 12:18; Matthew 17:2; Matthew 20:28).
  • 4 We believe that asthe Lord Jesus Christ went to be baptized in the water, all the followers of the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God,should baptize in the water (by immersion) in the name of the Father, of the Son Jesus Christ, and of the Holy Spirit, for the repentance of theirsins. (Matthew3:13-15;Matthew28:19; Colossians 2:12; Romans 6:3-4).
  • 5 We believe in the bodily resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. The Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was crucified and died for our sins; He was buried and the same body (flesh and bones) rose from the grave on the third day. (John 20:26-28; Luke 20:39-40; Luke 23:33-47; Luke 24:1-9; Luke 24:36-42, 46-47).
  • 6 We believe the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, is the only way to the Father. (John14:6- 7).
  • 7 We believe that the Bible is the Living Word of God, dictated by the Holy Spirit to the writers. The writers were willing to be under the control of the Holy Spirit when they wrote the Scriptures. As given to the writers, the Bible is true and holy and with no errors. As followers of the Lord Jesus Christ. the Son of God, we must abide by the entire Word of God. (John 1:1-5; Matthew 4:4; Matthew 10:20; John 6:51; John 4:13-14; Hebrews 4:12-13;2Peter1:16- 21;2Timothy3:16-17;Galatians1:11-12).
  • 8 We believe the Holy Spirit is now given to the followers of the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, and because the Lord Jesus Christ was crucified, died, and rose, the gifts of the Holy Spirit are given to all humans who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ as the Son of God. The Holy Spirit is a gift of the Lord; upon the Lord Jesus' death on the cross, the Holy Spirit has been given to humans. (John 14:15-17; John 1:33).
  • 9 WebelievethatthebaptismintheHolySpirit is given by the grace of God. The manifestation of the baptism in the Holy Spirit must have to speak in tongues. The baptism in the Holy Spirit is a gift of the grace of God and is different from having the Holy Spirit in your heart. All true believers receive the filling of the Holy Spirit in their hearts upon accepting the Lord Jesus as their personal Savior. The filling of a believer with the Holy Spirit atsalvation is different from a believer's baptism in the Holy Spirit. (Mark 16:17; Acts 2:1-41; Acts 10:44-48; 1 Corinthians 12:8-11; 1 Corinthians 13; 1 Corinthians 14:1-25).
  • 10 We believe the Holy Spirit is now given to the followers of the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, and because the Lord Jesus Christ was crucified, died, and rose, the gifts of the Holy Spirit are given to all humans who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ as the Son of God. The Holy Spirit is a gift of the Lord; upon the Lord Jesus' death on the cross, the Holy Spirit has been given to humans. (John 14:15-17; John 1:33).
  • 11 We believe that after the resurrection, the Lord Jesus Christ ascended into heaven in His heavenly body, and He will come back in the same manner. (Acts: 1:11; John 14:1-4; Matthew 24:35-37; Luke 18:8; Luke 24:50- 51;Revelation 3:11).
